OMG I can’t handle another goal-setting exercise this time of year!

I prefer to believe that I am perfect just the way I am

(And I believe that you are, too!)

Instead of New Year’s resolutions or making plans to get what you want, why not just decide today to be happy now?

On my latest vacation an edition of USA Today was dropped off at my hotel room, and the featured article on “Is This America’s Happiest Woman?” caught my eye.

Normally, I don’t read the paper or the news…

But if you could learn who the happiest woman is in our great land is — and more importantly, WHY she is — wouldn’t you want to know?

Heck, I figured it was Oprah or maybe Michelle Obama. But I had to find out for myself!

Curiosity got the best of me!

And I was wrong. Turns out, it’s Mary Claire Orenic.

WHO???

Allow me to introduce you to Mary, who was found by a well-being improvement firm that partnered with Gallup to compile the characteristics of happy women living in America.

She doesn’t have her name in lights, nor is she bombarded by paparazzi wherever she goes.

You haven’t seen her on TV, and you’ve never read a book by her.

In fact, she’s a lot more attainable than you may think!

(And if you’re building a home-based business, you’re off to a great start…)

Mary is a 50-year-old, happily married mother of one teenage son. She has a four-year college degree plus graduate MBA, and telecommutes full-time as a mentor-manager for a healthcare company. She and her husband bring in a healthy six-figure income annually. She exercises almost everyday by walking or riding the elliptical machine. She lives in a 2000 square foot home on the beach in California. She is close with family and has about 10 solid friends she can count on.

And there you have it. But what is so special about this combination?

While Mary is just one person of the massive demographic highlighted by this article, she represents the picture of well-being that is shared by happy women in America.

My interpretation is that to be happy, it helps to have a job that gives you a sense of accomplishment and contribution.

And like Mary, in our line of work as networkers we are helping others by teaching and coaching them to build an income, change their lives, and in turn help others themselves.

Mary makes a good income, and how settling is it to know you have stable income coming in each month?

In network marketing we take responsibility for determining our income. It is entirely up to YOU; not a manager or boss.

Mary has a son that is relatively independent, and also has healthy parents, so this offers her more time for herself and freedom from being a major caregiver.

Mary is certainly more active than most Americans, but she’s not a gym rat. And I believe just moving your body, even if it’s a short stroll, clears your head, makes your heart beat so you can feel it in your chest, and gives you an overall sense of well-being.

So many of us are lucky enough to be affiliated with health, nutrition, and wellness companies where activity is emphasized, and making fitness a priority is encouraged.

And who can underestimate girlfriends? Even a compassionate husband with a listening ear is no substitute for venting with a friend and helping each other sort out our lives.

While I’m nowhere near the almost-empty-nester stage that Mary is enjoying (my little girl is taking her morning nap right now, if that tells you anything!) I am grateful for the qualities that America’s Happiest Woman and I share:

Meaningful work

No commute!

Wonderful husband whom I adore

One kiddo (although most of the happiest woman have two)

Healthy parents

Excellent physical and emotional health

Great friends

Substantial income

So as we all begin 2012 together, I encourage you to take a moment and be grateful for what makes YOU happy!

I invite you to list below in the comments section what things in your life put a smile on your face and cause you to give thanks now.

And as you go pursue your goals and dreams this year, let’s remember not to postpone happiness for when everything is achieved.

You ROCK! Thanks for commenting, and for Tweeting this to your network.

Are you the seated passenger with your nose in “Spirit” magazine (or your fingers preoccupied with Angry Birds) trying to avert my gaze while I make my way down the aisle with my baby?

Don’t worry–I don’t want to sit next to you either!

This mommy is a seasoned traveler…

(And so is my 6-month-old daughter, thank you very much!)

We know the drill: claim an EMPTY aisle! Then it’s up to another passenger to decide to sit with me, and not the other way around!

But I’m getting ahead of myself…

That’s just one of many tips I’m happy to share with you mommies who are traveling with your little ones this holiday season. These are my helpful hints for traveling with a baby!

You surely know that NOW is the time to travel: with a lap baby, you don’t have to buy their own ticket until they turn two years old. So if you haven’t already done so, plan your next vacation STAT before the wee one is a mobile toddler (and a full-priced fare)!

I just got back from an early x-mas celebration with my husband’s family, which involved four flights (one layover each way). I won’t bore you with the details of the vacation: here’s what helped me get there AND home again without any headaches. Fasten your seatbelts, here we go!

1) Bring the warmed bottle in your diaper bag. FSA allows you to take breast milk or prepared formula through security. Even if you don’t have a feeding scheduled during travel time, take advantage of this.

2) Put the baby in the carrier before you get to the front of the security line where you surrender your boarding passes and photo ID to the agent. FSA now allows you to wear your baby through the metal detector in a baby carrier if you submit to a security screen. Doing this allows you to have free hands while you go through the line, take off your shoes, unload your laptop, etc. The security screen involves wiping a paper disc across your fingers, which I think is then tested for residue from explosive materials. Note: even if your baby had an explosive blowout earlier in the day, you will still pass the screen.

3) Bring your infant seat (car seat) and stroller to security. Each airline allows you to wheel your stroller all the way to the gate and check it before boarding. You will need to see a ticket agent at the gate to tag your stroller with a “claim at gate” tag before the plane starts boarding, so allow yourself a few minutes extra to do this. This is also an opportunity to check if the flight is full. Some airlines will allow you to take the car seat onto the plane if there are extra seats, which is a HUGE bonus: baby gets her own seat and you don’t have to have your lap and hands full the entire plane ride. This also means you don’t need to borrow or rent these items at your destination.

4) Pack an extra outfit… for you and baby! If baby has an accident, you’re prepared with a change of clothes. If baby has an accident on YOU, you have an extra shirt to change into. May I suggest also packing more diapers and wipes than you think you will need. You’re better safe than sorry, and wipes come in handy for cleaning up spills and stains in addition to your baby’s keister.

5) Dress baby in an easy-to-change outfit. Diaper changes on an airplane don’t need the hindrance of a zillion buttons and snaps, no matter how cute the outfit is! Also, if baby has a mega-blowout, you may want to trash the onesie in the lavatory and just change baby into your reserve outfit. Just an idea…

6) Know where the changing tables are on the airplane. There’s at least one, and it’s a great idea to ask the flight attendant which restroom has it. It’s nothing to write home about–it’s just a shelf that comes down over the commode. I’ve taken the opportunity to change my daughter on my lap or on an empty seat when she is just wet, but I find it’s courteous to use the plane bathroom for the big poopies!

7) During take-off, feed baby. I try to time the feedings so that it coincides with my daughter’s next mealtime, but it doesn’t always work out perfectly. Either way, begin feeding once the plane gets on the runway and you hear the engines start. Let me repeat this: wait until you hear the engines start! That way you know for sure you’re about to take off, and not sit on the tarmac for an eternity. This helps baby clear his or her ears during the ascent. An alternative is to have baby suck on a pacifier, which also helps with saliva production, which in turn leads to swallowing, which is what helps the ears pop.

8 ) During the descent, I don’t feed my baby, but I do make sure she’s sucking on her pacifier. I haven’t had any problems with her ears when I do this, but I have read to feed baby on the descent too, so this may be helpful for your child.

9) Consider not packing diapers and wipes for the entire length of your trip to save luggage space. My husband and I have a great travel philosophy: B.I.T.! That’s “buy it there” rather than pack it… we take enough diapers for a couple days, and then give ourselves enough time to find a Target or drugstore to stock up once we get to our destination. Plus, this means more room for Christmas presents!

10) Be sure to add baby to your airline ticket by calling the airline beforehand. I didn’t know I had to do this the first time I traveled until I called the airline to ask another question (I thought I could just show up with a baby! Silly…). Bring a photocopy of the birth certificate or an immunization record to travel with baby and you’re good to go.

11) Try to claim an entire aisle for your family, as I mentioned at the beginning of this post. If this doesn’t work, you have two choices: choosing a window seat allows you to breastfeed privately and prevents many passersby from oogling your baby, and having an aisle seat allows you to walk up an down the cabin if baby gets fussy.

12) Look for the family line at security. Some airports have a security line just for families, and it’s marked with a green sign and a picture of parents and young kids. While everyone else is in the long security line, you may be able to trot right up to the front with this line, and the TSA agent will wave you over when it’s your turn. Score!

Ok mommas… that’s all I got for you. But I bet I missed something! What travel tips do YOU have for traveling with babies or kids of all ages?

If you had a choice, would you prefer to learn how to play basketball from Michael Jordan or from a benchwarmer on your local high school junior varsity team?

The answer is obvious: Michael Jordan would offer much more ability, knowledge, and experience as a coach than a teenage amateur.

The same goes for your home-based business. There is tremendous value in learning a skill from someone who has already mastered it.

Many multi-level companies offer mentoring or coaching, and you want to be taught by someone who has proven success and isn’t just “figuring it out”. You do not need to be signed up by the top income earner in your company to make it in your business, but you will benefit by having access to other successful distributors that are willing to work with you.

(Allow me to reiterate this last point: you may get signed up by someone who just started the same business yesterday! But to be successful quickly, be sure that you have easy access to a successful business partner within that company.)

A saying that I learned from my mentor is: “The quickest way to success is to model success.” This is a great explanation of how network marketing works. You do not need to be a business whiz to be successful if you allow your mentor to lead the way while you willingly follow.

So go forth, find someone that is successful, do what they do, and you will have what they have!

Here’s a quick vid I ripped on the subject…

Click here to view the embedded video.

So rest assured that you don’t need to be incredible to build an organization and a career level income with your business. BUT, you do need to leverage the team and the structure in place by plugging into the successful people.

And if your sponsor is not growing his or her business and teaching you how to do the same, just look upline to find someone who is. There are people in your organization that will help you. (And if they aren’t… may I suggest looking for another opportunity?!?)

So who is YOUR mentor? What have you learned from them?

Thank you for commenting below, and for Tweeting this to your network. You ROCK!

Today I handed my daughter to a stranger, and even though she immediately started crying, I just walked away.

That was about ten minutes ago.

“Complete stranger” might be a bit dramatic, but it’s perfectly suited for a day that has been filled with drama.

See, the stranger was my new babysitter Brittany.

And in case you thought that I was a bad mom, I am still in the house (hiding out!).

You mommies know what being home with an infant is like: life takes place in five minute increments and you hardly have time to finish a meal, let alone a blog post!

You go from the baby swing…

To the picture book, with thick, tasty, board pages, of course!

Then to the activity mat…

Then it’s sing-a-long time!

Then maybe try to eat something…

Then it’s time for a diaper change!

And back again to the swing…

Lather, rinse, repeat!

It’s a vicious cycle that often leads to mild insanity, and lots of sour-smelling t-shirts.

And the silly part is that I love doing it!

But last month I decided that it’s time to get back into the swing of things with my business, and it was necessary for me to find a “mother’s helper” to facilitate this.

So Brittany is now upstairs with my little darling wailer, and I am here with you (the second favorite place I like to be!) so that I can spend the few hours of focused effort needed each week to propel my business forward.

Yes, hearing Caitlin scream and not picking her up is painful.

(You mothers know that nothing pulls at your heartstrings like your child’s cries!)

But to accomplish what I want to achieve in my business, I must do the uncomfortable until it becomes comfortable.

And so it goes in network marketing.

You are building your business to have the life you’ve never had.

And so you must be willing to do things you’ve never done!

And the skills we must learn in MLM can be downright frightening!

There’s talking to people (complete strangers!) and phone scripts and selling skills to name a few…

But you must do the uncomfortable until it becomes comfortable.

Pretty soon Caitlin will love Brittany…

And if you keep at it, pretty soon you will be able to talk to absolutely anyone.

Then, you will be able to talk to absolutely anyone about your business!

So whatever “uncomfortable” task is ahead of you, just tackle it NOW.

And after a couple days or weeks, you will soon be a pro!

(…and for the record, Caitlin stopped crying while I wrote this!)

Let me know what you did recently that was SO UNCOMFORTABLE… or share what you know you need to do to get out of your comfort zone to build your business.

Okay so Andy Rooney didn’t drop dead…

But the grumpy nonagenarian, made famous by his “60 Minutes” laments, did say that the only way he’d leave the show would be if he “dropped dead”.

Well, he’s gone from the show… but he’s still here amongst the living!

And I was one of the 16 million viewers who tuned in on Sunday to catch his final farewell.

Andy Rooney isn’t anything special, and he’d be the first to say it.

(In fact, more than one news outlet labeled him a curmudgeon when covering his last editorial!)

He admitted that he’s just a writer who happens to read his writings aloud.

But one of those lines he said on Sunday stopped me in my tracks, and I had to share it with you.

“There is so much going on in the world. I mean, ‘Who couldn’t write a column,’ I think to myself… I would be embarrassed to say I couldn’t write a column.”

Just this week I jumped back into blogging after taking off four months to spend with my new baby.

And as I came back to the blogosphere, I had this voice in my head saying, “What are you doing online?”

This little voice had a big message… and this little voice got actually quite loud!

“Who do you think you are?”

“There are so many bloggers, so many network marketers, and so many people already writing about MLM… what do you think you’re doing? There are already work-at-home moms and ‘Mompreneurs’ and surely they are more successful than little ol’ me!”

Then I heard Andy Rooney, the surprising voice of reason, squash the little voice. “Who am I not to write about network marketing for other work-at-home moms (or wannabe work-at-home moms)!”

I have lots to share… and proven success to back it up!

There are moms that would love to work with me personally! I am SO smart, I am SO fun to work with, and I deliver results!

But I still have that little voice that tries to tell me that I’m not good enough.

And I bet you do too…

So I’m here to give you a friendly reminder, just like Andy Rooney did for me, that what you do matters.

And the work you do is important.

Who cares that there are thousands of other reps in your company (and who cares if a great deal of them are better than you)!

Who cares if you’ve been in three other businesses, and they’ve all been flops: who are you not to succeed this time?

Who cares if your friends say, “Oh no, not network marketing!” You deserve better, and your family deserves it, too.

You are good enough, and it’s never too late to do something great.

If a 92 year old pissy man can find fortune and fame complaining about paper weights (I’m not kidding…), you can surely build a successful business around your family and home life. You can, and I hope you do.

Andy Rooney also said, “If I had my life to live over again, I’d be on television. I’d get on “60 Minutes” if I could and I’d do a piece every week, of my own. I’d write it and say it. And that’s what I’d like to do best. And that’s what I do.”

Can you say a similar thing about yourself: that if you had your life to live over, you’d be doing what you’re doing now?

It’s time to start doing something that you’d be proud to repeat.

Hey, we all have that little voice… tell me by writing below what you do to squash it!

Thanks for commenting below, and for sharing this with your Twitter pals!

Holy moly, I can’t believe I have a four-month-old.

(And I can’t believe she’s sleeping right now!)

Needless to say, this has been one exciting summer.

So exciting, that I haven’t even stopped to blog about it!

It started off with a new baby, and it’s ending up with a new house! But more on that later…

Thank God I’m a work-at-home mom, because I can’t imagine what it would be like to be going back to a job right now.

I’m so grateful that I have had the opportunity to be with my little girl every single day.

I’ve seen every single smile…

Every single coo…

Every crying fit…

Every night of fragmented sleep!

Every dirty diaper (unless daddy is around)!!

Every shirt I put on for just 10 minutes before it ended up with baby barf all over it (how does she do it?) !!!

Ok lemme stop right there before I talk myself out of baby #2…

Because there’s no such thing as a happy-smiley baby that doesn’t poop her pants.

(Just like there’s no such thing as a home-based business that doesn’t come with its own headaches and loads of you-know-what.)

But when people ask me about mommyhood, what do you think I talk about?

Do you think I tell them about how incredibly adept my baby’s digestive tract is?

How she seems to fill a diaper just minutes after I have changed her!

AND THE COLOR!!!

My goodness, it’s like I only feed her Indian curry.

Can you imagine what people would think of me if I enlightened them on the mind-blowing amount of baby poo my darling daughter passes each day?

But of course I don’t talk about that…

I talk about how adorable she is, and I pull out photos of her dressed in her bear costume and her pink checked dress with ice cream cones on it, and I talk about how adorable she is…

(Oh, did I just say that? Well it’s worth repeating…)

Where would my head be if all I focused on was the CRAP that goes along with raising a baby?

It’d be absolute torture instead of what it’s meant to be: pure bliss!

But the same goes for you as you plug along in your network marketing business.

You are your own boss!

You make your own schedule!

You set your own salary!

But why are you talking about how terrible the leads are?

And you use the current economic crisis as an excuse as to why you didn’t hit your numbers this month! (Shame on you…)

And you complain to your downline about something lame that your upline did!

And you are so focused on the CRAP that you’ve lost complete sight of why you started this thing in the first place.

Listen, no situation is perfect.

But if you focus on what’s going great, you’ll realize it far outweighs the minutiae – those are the funny little particulars you don’t care for, but you must deal with anyway…

Like the dirty diapers!

So go ahead and get your head on straight: what is going great?

Please comment below what you love about your business, or share how you avoid getting focused on the poop!

Thanks for leaving a comment, and be sure to Tweet this to your network!

Are you like these cynical prospects I’ve been talking to lately?

You’ve been burned in network marketing before…

You have wasted money on leads that didn’t pan out…

And you know FOR SURE that it takes money to make money.

Oh, really?

Well if that’s what you believe, thank you for enlightening me!

I will now classify you as one of the masses that have all the answers… and no money!

And for those of you not insulted enough to stop reading, then you probably already know what my millionaire mentor taught me when I first began building my business.

And this network marketing fundamental is applicable to any business, whether you have an MLM or a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

You will do business with two groups of people. The first group is the people that you know.

(Can you guess what the second group is?)

The people that you don’t know make up a much larger group, and you will most likely want to tap into this market as well.

But your advertising budget will initially dictate who you market to.

That means that you’ll either be willing to pick up the phone and call your circle of influence to let them know about your business (with your mentor on the line, please)…

Or you’ll be spending time or money (or both!) attracting the people that you don’t know.

So I learned early on in MLM that I didn’t have to spend money to build my business.

BUT…

I did have to be willing to talk to people!

And if that fell outside of my comfort zone, then I needed to “put my money where my mouth is” and begin to advertise.

So the same goes for you, Network Marketing Newbie.

You will either be willing to tap into the wonderfully trusting group of friends, family, co-workers, etc. to get your business off the ground…

Or you will be forced to place an ad, buy a lead, figure out the Facebook game, Tweet your heart out, or flier your butt off to build your business.

And whatever methods you decide to advertise with are effective as long as you do them massively and consistently.

So I hope that clears up a small objection for you the next time a prospect is concerned about their investment.

Let’s be honest and frank with our prospects: “You don’t need to pour big bucks into crappy leads… but what are you willing to invest? TIME or MONEY?”

How do you handle this objection?

Thanks for commenting below and for Tweeting this to your network…

After record ratings for NBC last night, I know I wasn’t the only one curious enough to check out “The Voice”.

Did you watch the new vocal talent reality TV show, too?

Or were you able to resist the mass marketing that hooked me like a little fish!

In my defense, I watched partly because it follows the ONLY show I (admit to) watching on a regular basis, which is “The Biggest Loser”…

But also because I wanted to see if Christina Aguilera really looked as bad as the promos made her out to be.

(Seriously, did her stylist walk out on her? Did she just start the Britney diet? Or is this just the first time we’re seeing her *not* photo shopped? Okay, I’ll be nice…)

Singing and pop culture aside, what pleasantly surprised me most about “The Voice” was how much I learned about prospecting!

But if you missed it, don’t feel like it was a necessary training experience on network marketing fundamentals.

As always, I’ll boil it down to a bottom-line for ya…

On the show, contestants are selected by up to four judges, who are famous singers and musicians, to be on their “team”. The judges will then coach the new talent the rest of the season.

But if more than one of the judges wants to select the same contestant, the judges then have to vie for their pick, and the power is put in the hands of the contestant.

Think of it this way: if team captains on a playground were picking dodge ball teams, the top players would be able to say, “Why should I be on your team versus Billy’s team?” before they committed to a certain team. And the team captain would have to plea with him, “Alex, you are an amazing dodger. I have the ability to combine your talent with a few kicking tips that will make you unstoppable. I am honored at the possibility of having you on my team. Please choose me as your team captain.”

Hopefully you get the idea…

So as the show progressed last night, it became apparent that one celebrity judge had something the others lacked.

And while Cee Lo Green lapped up contestants left and right, poor Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera (don’t worry if you don’t know who they are… and don’t bother Google-ing them to find out! Time is better spent prospecting, my dear!) were left looking like pathetic team captains begging for anyone to play with them.

Simply put, Cee Lo Green had a vision for each singer he wanted to work with.

He spoke of making one folksy/bluegrassy duet the “Sonny and Cher” of this generation.

He congratulated a woman for not letting go of her goals and dreams…

He complimented the way one singer could sway gracefully across a track with her impeccable voice…

And he told one man that he heard himself in his voice, and that the same things “Move us both to sing, and it’s true, it’s honest and there’s something very genuine about you.”

Um, hello, this is like a page out of “Building Rapport 101″… I am just like YOU!

The others could only deliver lines such as, “You have an amazing voice!” and “I would love to work with you!” and “Pick me!”

And if they didn’t have a podium in front of them, they would’ve been on their knees delivering these pleas!

But not Cee Lo Green. The man just sat back and delivered his comments with more posture than the president!

He was the picture of confidence, and the contestants selected him as their coach without hesitation.

So I rethought how I would have interacted with my latest prospect, and how Cee Lo Green would have handled the phone call.

I reiterated the man’s goals, which were to provide for his kids, travel, and buy a condo.

But I bet Cee Lo would have asked him to picture what it would be like to send them to college, and pay for his daughter’s wedding.

He would have had him visualize flying across the Atlantic with his son and daughter to enjoy a month of sight-seeing throughout Paris, Rome and Barcelona.

And he would have had the man think about unlocking the door to his brand new home, and to feel what it would be like to have his own place and know he could afford the monthly payments.

That Cee Lo… I would just love to recruit that guy!

So while I won’t tune into “The Voice” again — and neither should you… you have training calls to listen to and leads to call! — I will take the pearls I learned from Cee Lo Green and adapt it to my prospecting skills.

Because no one wants to hear, “I would love to work with you! You would do amazing in this business!! Sign up with ME!!!”

(Ugh, I felt pathetic just typing that…)

So go ahead and comment how you maintain incredible posture during your recruiting conversations… or just share what you thought of “The Voice” last night!

I can’t believe I forgot this!

(I’m so embarrassed…)

And I feel like I owe my team a huge apology!

I’ve created such an awesome life out of practicing this one principle… and somewhere along the way I forgot to fully integrate it into my business.

Major OOPS!

Sometimes it takes a smack with a 2×4 over the head to really “get it”…

And this weekend, I got it (by George!).

I was at my company’s live event in Socal, and this one network marketing fundamental was so apparent that I realized where was falling short in my business.

Check out what I mean…

(First of all, I clearly need a haircut. Consider it done…)

And since you’re gonna share what your team does to keep it fun, I’d better reveal what my team is doing too!

This week we start “Happy Hour” every Friday night so that we can party together with our families and friends (and prospects!) each week.

We’re starting a monthly BBQ too…

And whenever we work together, loud party music is a must!

Those are just a few tidbits, and I’d love to hear from YOU… what do you do to have fun in your business?

Thanks for commenting below, and for Tweeting this to your network!

Have a FUN day!

Nothing screams, “I want you to give me your unsolicited advice!” like my pregnant belly.

I may as well be wearing a sign that says, “Tell me how I should birth/feed/raise my child… please!”

Here are a bunch of comments I’ve heard from absolute strangers in the past few months:

“You’re gonna breastfeed, aren’t you?”

“You don’t need to breastfeed–everyone will tell you it’s better for the baby but it’s a hassle!”

“Where are you giving birth? You’re not having one of those hippy-dippy home births, right?”

“Whatever you do, don’t birth in a hospital!”

“What preschool are you looking at… you’ve started looking, right? They fill up fast!”

(That last comment made my head spin!)

Needless to say, EVERYONE has an opinion.

And when they share them with such passion, I’m almost convinced for a second that they are spewing FACTS!

But I am quickly reminded that there is not one right way to have a baby, and at the end of the day (or at the end of these nine looooong months…) I ultimately need to do what feels right for me and my husband.

If you’ve been in network marketing for more than a nanosecond, then you’ve learned that everyone has an opinion about our industry.

Assuming you haven’t kept the fact that you started a home-based business a super-secret from the world, you’ve surely heard lots of OPINIONS about your business venture.

Some people will admire you for being an entrepreneur…

And others will think you have mentally lost it for getting caught up with one of those “get rich quick” schemes!

Some will want to check out what you’re doing and see if they’d be interested too…

And others will want you to get your head checked out before you go broke and take everyone down with you!

But if you are deadly committed to achieving your goals and dreams, then you must find one way or another to make them transpire.

Regardless of what people say…

No matter who laughs at you…

And even if you actually start to believe the nonsense people are willing to share:

“I tried one of those! It’s a scam!”

“Only the people at the top get rich!”

“95% of network marketers fail!”

So stick to your guns, believe you can do it, and do what I do when someone tells me, “You are SO BIG!”

Just smile and say thank you!

Let’s hear it networkers… what do you do when you hear a persuasive, but negative, OPINION?

Or, how do you equip your new team members to stay strong despite the nay-sayers?

Thanks for commenting below, and for re-Tweeting this to your network!
