Yes, the tools we have in internet marketing are amazing.

But as we discussed yesterday, if you don’t know the network marketing fundamentals, then even a private one-on-one coaching session with Mr. Jonathan Budd won’t save a flailing business!

    Hi Melissa!!

That’s it!! 3 Parts!! The Pain, The Pleasure (or solution) , The “Picture”…#3 is putting your prospect into the picture, so they can see themselves with a different circumstance. Perhaps just give them a glimpse. We are on the same page! We teach to use building blocks or a series of components, and fit them together, which is exactly what you are saying here.
    1. I used to be….
    2. Then I found xyz company and now I’m….
    3. Imagine if you could..what would that be like?

Very cool stuff. Thanks Melissa. Love your videos and your tremendous energy!

Great post Melissa. I also hate the A B C. But I know I have to listen. I need to get my story together, but at this point I may only have a beginning part.

the good news is that “the message is more powerful than the messenger”. it doesn’t matter if you’re sharing your story or someone else’s. i shared my mentor’s story for a year until i had my own!

    Hi Melissa,

WOW! I luv your enthusiasm & energy ~ it comes through in each of your videos. You are so right about the different stages of sharing your story, and the story of your journey and the results with your prospects. In my experience, too many people in this industry tend to start out by sharing success of other people (not themselves, thus not personal) who have “arrived”, and although it always sounds so exciting, you can’t always personally relate. And, once you’ve “arrived”, it is still best, as you point out, to share from the beginning and take them on the journey so they can really see you perhaps at the same point they themselves are at & relate/connect with you better. This was a very creative post you put together ~ thanks for sharing! :-)

    Melissa,
I am blown away by your video – for what you have shared about yourself, for the way you deliver it so succintly and with such grace and enthusiasm, and for the invaluable information you are teaching.

I wish I had had a mentor that told me to do A, B and C. I have had several mentors, and each one said to do A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H – etc., etc., and not necessarily in an organized order. Perhaps it came at me at A, F, H, D, B, G…. I am still working to get the pieces in a good working order.

But I have to say, in spite of not having my perfectly organized system, my business has been building and my platform is being erected. It is only a matter of time before I jump of and fly. You have begun to fly and are such an inspiration for me.

I look forward to talking on Monday.

erica, A, F, H, D, B, G… is how most people go about it! you are not alone. but what a powerful mentor YOU will be to other therapists seeking out social media tools or small biz owners looking for blogging resources, for you will have already been down that road and can share exactly what to do. please let me know if there’s anything else i can help you with!

    Another great one!

    I’ll implement right away.

    Here’s mine:

    1. Pain of being desparate to find a way out of working 2 jobs to support a family of wife and child.

    2. What’s happening is my business has the best and most diversified leaders on the planet.. When I joined this company I made profit for the first time in my life while generating my own leads!

    3. Big Picture: Vacationing, and best lifestyle possible while thinking outside the box about what you are capable of as a networker through this process.
